You must download and print “ProFixIt Form” just clicking here Download link Fill the all the blanks and send it along with your device.
If you can’t print our form, fill a paper with the forms data. Read terms and Conditions, when you sign it you agree with all of them.
Step 2: Send Your Device
When you are ready with the paper just call Geniki Taxydromiki Courier 210 485 1100 to find the nearest to you office or visit the "GT Office Network" by clicking HERE. Drop off your device and remember, if your phone has removable battery, send it separately along with your device.

Step 3: Receiving Device – Inform – Repair
Once we have your device in our hands we will contact you for more information and details. After your consent, we will repair as soon as possible your device and send it back to you within 24 hours if the issue is simple. For further repairs like liquid damage or logic board damage the repair time is among 2 to 7 days.
Step 4: Payment
You can pay us when you receive your device from Courier. You can also use your PayPal account or Bank Transfer, in those two cases you will receive your device after your clear payment.
